What to Expect
The Ekikibi
The signature chest dance of the Rwenzori. A high-energy, competitive display where men and women bounce and bump chests to the rhythm. Unique to our culture and incredible to watch.
The Instruments
Hear the thunder of the Engoma (drums) and the melody of the Endara (a large wooden xylophone played by multiple people). Historically used to send messages across ridges.
